Instructions for shipping Electronics

• Remove all tubes from amps and wrap them individually in bubble wrap or news paper and put them inside the unit..
• We recommend double boxing if you do not have the original shipping carton.
• Put the unit to be shipped in a plastic bag and seal with packing tape,  (a large trash bag will work).
• Place a piece of stiff cardboard over speaker grills and over open back cabinets.
• Select a box that will allow approximately 2  to 3 inches clearance around the entire piece of equipment.
• Put the equipment in the box and fill the air space with packing material. Don't forget to put packing material under the unit.
• Before sealing the carton be sure to add a note containing the problems you are experiencing,  a copy of the sales receipt if the unit is under warranty, and contact information with name, return shipping address (no P.O. Boxes) and a valid telephone number.
• Seal the carton with packing tape.  Make sure the equipment does not rattle or move in the container.
• Ship using your favorite carrier. (We use UPS exclusively).  Do not forget to Insure the package for an amount equal to the replacement value of the equipment.

Instructions for shipping Speakers

• Remove speakers from cabinets
• Cover the cone or face with cardboard
• Wrap in bubble wrap or newspaper
• If sending in pairs bolt together face to face and wrap as above
  NOTE: DO NOT BOLT LARGE SPEAKERS TOGETHER,  larger than 12"
  ( the combined weight may cause the speaker frame to break)
• Choose a sturdy carton which is several inches larger than the speaker(s)
• Pad carton with bubble wrap or newspaper
• Place speakers in carton with a minimum of six inches on each side
• Add additional padding until speakers are tightly encased in carton PLEASE DO NOT USE STYROFOAM PEANUTS
• Close carton tightly sealing with packaging tape
• Tape carton securely at each edge
• Ship via US Mail or UPS insuring for replacement value
