If
you don't
see your brand
of
equipment listed below,
it does not mean that we cannot service it for you. Many of the
manufacturers do not have Service
Centers under contract. If
this is the case, and you need warranty service, you
will have to
contact us so that we
can obtain a Special One Time
Warranty Service Authorization
for your particular
piece of equipment. It is imperative that you supply us with the Make,
Model Number, &
Serial Number along
with a valid Proof
of Purchase (sales receipt) at
the time of
inquiry. Please don't hesitate to call or E-Mail
us with
any questions that
you might have regarding Warranty Service, and don't forget,
we also provide out of
warranty service. You are encouraged to look at our Service
Policy
for details concerning payment, warranty, and non warranty repairs.
For those
that are to far away to bring equipment directly to Tritech, we have
complete shipping facilities. We use UPS for all our shipping
needs and advise you to have a look at our Shipping
page for instructions on proper packageing.
All repairs
are COD and Tritech
Electronics accepts all major credit / debt cards as well as personal
checks (no third party checks)
and cash. Open accounts are available for our regular customers.
