General:We at Tritech Electronics have but one goal in mind. That is to provide the best possible service at reasonable rates. Whether you are a professional musician, or an aspiring musician, or a collector, we hope to provide you with a comfortable and professional environment in which to do business. Our technical staff is quite knowledgeable in all facets of the musical industry and we will be happy to field any questions that you might have. If we can't answer it, then we will find someone who can. You are the most important people on earth, (our Customers), and we sincerely thank you for dropping by and letting us serve you. Estimates:Tritech Electronics cannot provide free estimates. To perform a proper estimate requires technical troubleshooting time and occasionally the replacement of parts in order to diagnose the problem. For this reason we must charge a minimum bench fee of $ 37.50 to provide an estimate. At this point you will be called with an approximate figure for the repair of the equipment. If the estimate is accepted, repairs will be completed as close to the estimated figure as possible. If the estimate is declined, all parts installed during trouble shooting will be removed, the equipment reassembled, and a $ 37.50 bench fee will be assessed. Manufacturers Warranty:Tritech Electronics can provide warranty service for most of the major manufactures of electronic musical equipment; However, you must provide us with a valid warranty card and / or a copy of the original proof of purchase. Please note that it is not our responsibility to acquire these for you. Unless the above mentioned documents are provided when the equipment is checked in, warranty service cannot be performed. TE Warranty:Tritech Electronics will warrant parts and service for a period of 30 days from the completion date of repairs. This limited warranty covers only the parts replaced and the labor required to accomplish the repair. It does not cover the entire piece of equipment for future failure. If a problem should arise during the thirty day warranty period please contact us immediately. Repairs covered under our warranty will be at our expense with no additional charges to you. The only exception to this is when new problems, not related to the previous repair, are found. If this is the case you will be notified and services will be charged. Pickup:We at Tritech Electronics do everything possible to ensure prompt and courteous service. Turnaround time is usually from 5 to 8 business days from the time the equipment arrives. Parts orders can sometimes delay this process. Upon completion of repairs Your equipment is stored "Complete Awaiting Pickup" and you will be notified by phone. If arrangements are not made to pick the equipment up within 60 days of the repair date, the item or items will be sold for the cost of repairs and storage fees. Notification by mail will be attempted only once. Payments:All repairs are C.O.D. unless other arrangements have been made. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), personal checks, and of course cash. All part sales are final. Special Orders:Special part orders with a value over $ 20.00 require a 50% deposit before ordering. Please note that this deposit is for parts or manuals not associated with a specific repair. Returned Checks:We gladly accept payment by check. Regrettably some payments made by check are returned for non sufficient funds. Also regrettably Tritech Electronics must charge a $ 25.00 returned check charge to cover our expenses. Our bank charges us too! |
